Who we are
BareGold is a small Canadian team led by Eugene Savtchenko, our founder, President and CEO.
Eugene runs BareGold's own Amazon retail business. He also runs every client account himself, with a small team working alongside him. When you work with us, you know who's doing the work, and you can reach the person making the decisions.
Eugene's focus is the work behind a healthy account: product information, compliance records, inventory and commercial decisions. You can find him on LinkedIn.
What we do
We run Amazon accounts for natural health, beauty and personal care brands, with Canadian NHP rules built into the daily work.
Compliance. Selling natural health products on Amazon.ca means your licence, label and listing have to agree. We check NPN and DIN details, label records and product claims before we propose listing changes. When Amazon asks for documents, we answer with the licence, label and supplier records for that product.
Amazon account management. We look after the whole account, not just the ads. Our Amazon account management services page shows what we do each week:
- Listings: titles, bullets, images and A+ content, plus suppressed listings and Seller Support cases.
- Advertising: Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, managed against agreed targets and checked against product costs and Amazon fees.
- Stock: restock plans, FBA prep and shipments, with expiry dates and lot numbers in view.
- Both sides of the border: Amazon.ca and Amazon.com, including coordination with your customs broker and importer of record.

We aren't only advisers. We sell health and personal care products on Amazon.ca and Amazon.com from our own catalogue, including supplements.

- You approve changes. Listing, price and A+ changes need your written OK. New ad tests and added spend need your approval too.
- A flat fee. We don't take a share of your ad spend. You pay Amazon for ads directly.
- No promises we can't keep. We show you what's happening, explain what we can work on and agree a plan. We don't promise the Buy Box or a sales number.
