Before the call, we look at your public products on Amazon.ca and Amazon.com. On the call, we review what is visible and ask where it differs from what you see inside the account.
We cover which marketplace you need managed, the catalogue and any open listing or account-health issues. For natural health products, tell us the NHP and NPN status and whether the label matches the listing. We also discuss the fit with our pricing and written scope, including the starting options and marketplace coverage. What to have ready
Have your brand name, Amazon links and the marketplace you want to discuss ready. Bring the current Amazon notice if a listing is restricted, along with the product label and licence information relevant to the issue. Tell us what you want to change and what is still unclear. You do not need to share your Amazon password during the conversation.
After the conversation
We agree on a useful next step and the work to include in a proposal. If you choose paid work, the starter terms are accepted and paid before anything connects to Amazon.
