Connecting your account

You keep your Amazon account. Remove our access in Seller Central, in DataDoe, and in Amazon Ads. Or email us and we’ll walk you through it.
Seller Central
In Settings → User Permissions, remove BareGold’s Account Management authorization and any roles you granted. In Apps & Services → Manage your apps, remove Baregold-Production-API.
DataDoe
Disconnect the DataDoe connection for each marketplace you connected.
Amazon Ads
Remove the BareGold Ads user and the access you granted to your advertising account.
Deleting your data
We delete a client’s data within 30 days of the earliest of: you revoking access, the end of our service (including a starter with no monthly work after it), or any other loss of access. This is our commitment, and a person carries out each deletion. Email info@baregold.ca to request deletion or ask about information we hold.
To stop email follow-up, reply “no”. For how requests, bookings and optional tracking are handled, read the privacy policy.
