Let's get your Amazon account connected to BareGold. There are four steps, and you can come back to your invitation whenever you need to.
Start by checking your business name, seller ID and marketplace. You'll need your Seller Central owner login, and the Amazon login you use for advertising.
First, choose Connect Amazon. Sign in to the right seller account. You'll see our app, Baregold Production API. Review the access, scroll down, tick the consent box and choose Confirm. That brings you back to BareGold, with your first connection complete.
Next is Amazon Ads. Use the login that manages this seller's advertising. When Amazon shows Baregold Profile, choose Allow. We'll check that the seller and marketplace match your invitation.
Now let's connect your reporting through DataDoe. You don't need to create an account. Open the invitation from info@baregold.ca, then choose Continue.
Make sure the marketplace matches your BareGold invitation. For Canada, select Canada before you connect to Amazon. Review DataDoe's access request and complete the authorization.
There's one more connection inside DataDoe: Amazon Ads. Use the same seller and marketplace. This is separate from the Ads connection we made earlier. Once both are done, return to BareGold.
The final step lets our team work in Seller Central. Choose Authorize BareGold. Amazon should show Baregold Incorporated, with Account management services. Select the countries we'll manage, then follow the permission list on your invitation.
Give Edit access for listings, cases, appeals and business reports. Include FBA inventory and shipments if we're managing FBA. For Account Health, choose View. Banking, tax and owner access stay with you. If we request Ads console access, invite info@baregold.ca using the agreed role.
Complete the authorization on Amazon. Then come back, tick the confirmation box and choose I've authorized BareGold.
That's your part finished. You can close the page. Awaiting our check means we're reviewing reporting and Seller Central access. Two out of four checks at this point is normal. There's no need to authorize again.
We'll confirm the next steps once those checks are complete. Your invitation will show four out of four, and Your connections are ready. If you need a hand along the way, we're here at info@baregold.ca.
