What we check on the public listing
We start with the Amazon link or ASIN you send and the marketplace you choose. We look at who is selling the product, who holds the Buy Box, the visible price and whether stock is available. Other seller offers belong in the same view, so the report records what a shopper can see rather than assuming that the brand holds the offer.
For listing content, we look for differences between the public page and the product information available to review. For natural health products, that includes the NPN, the label shown in images and the wording on the listing. A mismatch needs a clear explanation before anyone changes the page. The check ends with the three things we would fix first. Each priority should connect a visible issue to a useful next action. The point is to give you a starting place for a decision, with the date and limits of the evidence beside it.
What the check leaves open
This is a public view of the listing. It cannot establish profit after fees, the state of private campaigns or the full history of a Seller Support case. A visible price is evidence of the offer at the time of the check. It is not a promise about the next sale or who will hold the Buy Box later.
We do not need your Seller Central login or account permissions to prepare it. Do not send passwords with your request. If a question needs private account records, we identify that gap rather than treating a public page as the answer. Paid account work has a separate agreed scope.

Read the report before deciding
You receive one page within 2 business days. Look at the dated observations, the proposed priorities and anything that remains uncertain. The sample Amazon check shows the format before you send a request. You can use the page to discuss the work with your team, ask a follow-up question or decide whether you want help.
Questions about the free check
Do I need to connect my account? No. The check uses publicly visible Amazon pages. You do not sign in to Seller Central or give us access for this step.
What should I send? Use the form to share your brand, an Amazon link or ASIN, the marketplace and your work email. That gives us the product to check and a way to return the page.
What if my listing has an NPN problem? We look at the public listing and label evidence for mismatches. The exact Amazon notice and private product records may still be needed before preparing a correction or case.
Do I have to book a call? No. We email the page, and a call is optional. There is no obligation to continue. If you want us to take on the work, we discuss the scope before you accept paid terms.
