When an Amazon.ca offer is absent or a listing issue appears, begin with the exact evidence. A missing purchase option does not, on its own, explain what happened inside the account.
Record both views
Keep the marketplace, ASIN, SKU, date, selected variant and public availability message. Separately retain the account notice or validation error, including its wording and code.
Check whether the observation is about a product page, an offer or a listing submission. Those are different parts of the record.
Check the product requirements
Compare the current product type and attributes with the requirements that apply to the Canadian marketplace. Amazon’s listing guide describes submission validation and product-type requirements. Amazon’s listing management documentation.
Use the actual product source to resolve uncertain values. Keep the current label, packaging and supplier information available where they are relevant. A public screenshot cannot establish every private requirement.
Make a focused correction or case
Write down the proposed correction and its supporting fact, or prepare a support question with the unresolved evidence. Listing changes go live only with written OK.
After the next action, record the validation response and check the public offer again. Keep the case reference and dates. If the issue remains, the next action should follow the new evidence rather than repeat a broad set of unrelated edits.
